Looper Speech and Hearing Center is a growing not-for-profit center which as been in existence for 40 years. We provide speech and hearing services to all ages and disorders. In addition, we provide all speech services to inpatient acute care at two local hospitals. We believe in quality, compassionate care for all our patients.

Looper Speech and Hearing Center is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Northwest Georgia. Dalton is the largest metropolitan area in northwest Georgia. We are only 20 miles from Chattanooga and 90 miles from Atlanta. Dalton is known as the Floor Covering Capital of the World. The estimated population is 125,000. We enjoy a mild climate with the benefit of all four seasons. The snowfall average is 2.3 inches per year.

Come have fun. The position provides the opportunity to apply your knowledge and training in all areas to the extensive variety of patients treated at Looper and the acute care inpatients. You are provided the wonderful opportunity of working in the best of both worlds inpatient/ outpatients and pediatrics/geriatrics. We provide high quality, state of the art services to all patients in a caring environment. You are exposed to both environments on almost a daily basis. All therapy is on a one to one basis. Given the exposure to many different ages and disorders provides for a well rounded professional growth opportunity. The position also involves weekend and holiday rotation for hospital inpatients.
